About Us

We are a small workshop making corn dollies and straw work by hand. To us a corn dolly is more than plaited straw: made by hand in the old patterns, it carries a harvest tradition and, kept well, it lasts for years. That is what our work is about.

We enjoy a regional pattern most of all. Working a county pattern as it was made is the best work there is.

We make each piece in its pattern. The straw, the pattern and the size all matter. We advise and make what suits you and the occasion, honestly and without fuss.
